My friends and I went to the cottage a few days for the Fourth of July and had an amazing time! The hosts’ Debbie and Matt made our stay 100 times better than any other cabin we could’ve gone to. They provided so many household items like towels fresh bread and eggs, and made us feel welcome from the start! We had free range from the beginning, they gave us access to the paddle boats on the pond let us pick sunflowers from their flower patches. We would recommend this to any group of friends looking for a fresh getaway from big cities or families looking for a fun relaxed time camping, fishing or having a bonfire in peace! My friends and will be back on one of our next trips in the future!

This is a great, clean little cottage with some nice updates. The A/C works amazingly well, and it had everything we needed. We had such a nice time grilling out on the charcoal grill, and our wonderful hosts even supplied the charcoal we forgot to bring. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores making, too. What a wonderful getaway!!

Best Experience Ever! My family and I had a great time! Debbie was an amazing host and very welcoming! The cottage was beautiful!
Debbie and Matt were lovely hosts and shared so much about their experience running the farm. They could not have been more helpful- they both went out of their way to make sure we could access all that the farms and ranch had to offer in terms of sights and trails. Everything was very clean and my wife and I felt very safe there. The food that we got from them was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend spending one night at the campsite and one at the cottage - both were great experiences. The location itself is simply gorgeous. We will be returning!
We had a great weekend at the Cottage. The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Matt and Debbie are excellent hosts and we had everything we could need. We swam in the pond, picked veggies in the greenhouse and used them on our salad that night, and enjoyed the tasty biscuits and cookies. We loved it so much we’re already booking more weekends!
Staying here was very relaxing and peaceful. The cottage fit all of our needs and wants. We were there for the weekend with our son and his family. Our grandsons loved it!
The pond was great to swim in as well as paddle boating.
The owners were around if you needed them for anything. They were very accommodating. Their greenhouse is a must! You can go in and harvest your own fresh vegetables right out of the soil.
We had a wonderful weekend. We plan to go back!
We enjoyed our time at Debbie's cottage. We had everything we needed. If you are looking for a quiet weekend, this is you place. Also! We were able to get some amazing homemade cooked and fresh grown items from the store. I would recommend.
The pictures don't do the cottage or the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities the cottage offered. There was a full kitchen (stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator) with ample dishes, cutlery, and pots/pans for making meals inside or preparing food to be grilled outside. I was glad I decided to not pack groceries because the cottage had a number of staples on hand (salt/pepper, oil) as well as an array of condiments in the refrigerator from previous Hipcampers. It's an easy drive to a nearby town to grab groceries from Kroger, Aldi, Wal-Mart, or local markets. The cottage also had a washer/dryer, AC unit, and a dehumidifier. Between two comfortable bedrooms and an unexpected unique set of bunk beds (my son's favorite part!), we had lots of room to spread out and relax. The bathroom looks recently updated, and there was enough hot water for three showers in a row (it never ran out on us!). We spent most of our time outside in the yard immediately around the cottage and also spent a little time exploring the nearby creek and trails. The pond is a short drive away, and we got the opportunity to swim and paddleboat. Our dog was welcomed on the property and in the cottage - a bonus for sure! Deb and Matt were gracious and responsive hosts, even bringing over a dozen eggs and freshly baked bread upon our arrival! You cannot go wrong staying in their cottage! We're already talking ablut our next visit :)
