Wow! This was such an awesome place to stay. Lynn has put a lot of love and care into making “A Wee Place in the Woods” a magical, serene, and uplifting getaway. Would 100% recommend you come and check it out, you won’t regret it. Best part about the whole place is definitely Lynn, she’s the best host and makes you feel welcomed and at home. No doubt about it, I will be coming back!
A wonderful night in the Raven's Nest. Very thoughtfully laid out property, felt a sense of privacy in the tent but really enjoyed the communal kitchen. Loved the trail layout and the beautiful plant diversity. Lynn is a gracious host and we really appreciate her hospitality.
Lynn is fantastic and we loved the place! The kitchen we really well stocked and it made meals super easy to prep, eat and clean up.
If you like getting back to nature, this site is fabulous. I like outdoor showers and toilets. The cabins/treehouses are magical. The outdoor kitchen is also excellent. Lynn was a great host.
Such a beautiful place, Lynn has put so much work into making it a place of peace, positive energy, and love.
The styling of the Raven's nest is just as it suggests. It was something that you would expect a raven to build. There were sticks woven in some wire to make a nice little "nest" for privacy. We had our own little fire bowl as well. The entire property was a labyrinth of special places with very creative woodland touches. If you believe in fairies and spirits this is the place for you. I will definitely return for my camping fix.
We had a wonderful visit at the Wee Cabin! Because the campground was so booked up, we ended up staying two nights at one location, and at two other camp sites for the other two days. When we return, we haven’t even decided which campsites we want to book.... they are all beautiful! Lynn is kind and a perfect campsite host!
