Camping at private airfield!
We enjoyed our stay at this private airfield with full hookups! Plenty of parking spots next to the airplane hanger where we could watch the ultralight planes being built/worked on. Spend time relaxing under the trees on one of the many hammocks or go for a light stroll into the wooded area. An outdoor cooking area is available as well as a shared bathroom & shower.

Peaceful solitude
For a quiet getaway, this is the best. I never tired of watching the sun come up across the fields of cattle, sitting under the large oak trees with the variety of hammocks gently blowing in the breeze. Seeing Diego take off and land his private plane was a treat.

This very private and peaceful spot was a delight to stay in. Diego property is out in the country and the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend!

an unexpected adventure 💕
We travel for work, And typically book a hotel or an RV resort. Fortunately for us, there were no vacancies in the area, I decided to take a look on hip camp to see if something maybe available with full hook ups for an RV.
. Well guess what? We found one, and what an amazing adventure we had at Forest and pradera fly inn .
We stayed for 3 nights. Our host Diego met us at the gate and brought us to our site. He helped us set up the RV. asked if we need anything and offered us coffee, he made us feel so welcome…it was like visiting a long time friend.
Our first day of work was canceled,so we stayed at the RV site. We spent the day chatting with Diego.
He took us on a tour of his beautiful 120 ac property in his UTV. he told us the history of it. Which was very interesting.
We are so fortunate that we could not find a hotel or an RV resort because we would’ve missed out on meeting Diego and having a wonderful experience at Forest and pradera fly inn when work or a weekend getaway brings us to this area again, we would definitely love visiting again.
life’s little serendipities are a true blessing.
