Chas was a great host! Nice campsite spot to relax and sit by the fire as well as good hiking!
Remote and only 5 min off freeway. Very nice place to stay.
We truly enjoyed staying at the Lee road campsite!! Chas was super helpful, and friendly! It's a really beautiful spot, and easy to get to. Lots of room for our dog Rudy to enjoy as well. We highly recommend this campsite! This was our first ever Hipcamp adventure. We will for sure be back!

Great little site Chas has made! Nice covered area with plenty of thoughtful seating, a nice fire pit, and good lighting at night.

Beautiful campsite! Private with a beautiful view of state land. Great covered picnic area and fire pit! Wish we had more time here. It was safe and scenic. Great for kids! Chas was a great host and so kind!
Despite the weather forecast earlier in the week, was super windy and cold and we almost decided not to go. However, after communicating with Chas we went ahead with our plans. It was a beautiful spot to park our teardrop. We had hoped for a miracle that the weather would change, but it remained very windy, cold and even snowed a tiny bit. We ended up spending most of the time the first day in the trailer, but we had a great time. Chas was a super host and even lent me a power supply to run my CPAP with. We can't wait to go back later with more hospitable weather to camp and hike around more.
We booked same day and had a blast! Initially we were going to stay in our tent but Chas actually had a cabin available and was kind enough to let us stay there because the weather was super windy! It was awesome :)

Wonderful campsite and welcoming hosts! My family and our dog loved our short stay here - took in the beautiful scenery, enjoyed exploring the land, and had a big, generous fire. Chas was generous with his time and helped us overcome some unanticipated hiccups with our equipment. Highly recommended!
Site was terrific. Chaz and Gail were absolutely wonderful. Cannot wait to come back in July.
