This is easy camping with a view of the stars, nestled in a farm-to-table farm community with lots of goods to buy. We LOVE our Driftless neighborhood in SW Wisconsin and can recommend many amazing activities for everyone from fisherman to families! We live on a 20 acre farm bisected by a small river and a great trout stream, adjacent to 150 acres of restored prairie. We're close to shopping, antiquing, Amishing and good eating. We're within a half hour of 3 great rail trails, two state parks and one amazing ATV rental. Go to an old-fashioned drive in movie, a local farmers market, dirt-track stock care races, tractor pulls, a u-pick apple farm or a Toy Train Museum. Go tubing, kayaking, boating or biking - you can rent what you need. Or sit on one of the porches to watch the chickens peck and the pigs dig. We can't wait to introduce you to all the livestock, cats, our Great Pyrrannees pups, Waylon and Willie, and our Border Heeler, Dolly! We are a five minute walk from our cute downtown with a playground, library and several great places to eat. Ten minutes from New Glarus Brewery and Argyle (Pec Time Tubing). A half hour from Mineral Point (Fall Art Tour), Mount Horeb (Troll Way), Dodgeville (House on the Rock) and Monroe (Cheese Days). Fifteen minutes from hiking, fishing and boating at Yellowstone Lake State Park. Campfire with s'mores every night, coffee and scones in the morning.

Wonderful farm! My girls loved all the animals especially the friendly cats. The place had every amenity but still felt rustic and the breakfast was a real treat. I could drink coffee on that porch every morning :)
Charming farm, gracious hosts
The farm was so cute! Beautiful lawn for kids to run around, and a great big tree to climb and swing on. Lots of little extras I didn’t expect, like toys for kids to play with, bath towels, dish soap. I really enjoyed brushing the enormous dogs and petting the farm cats. The hosts are very pleasant and seem to enjoy caring for their guests.
What an amazing place to hang out with the family, relax, and experience life on a farm! We absolutely loved our stay here. We wish we had more days!
Cozy vibes, starry night skies and delicious morning scones for the win! We had an amazing time camping at the Circle M farm with our 4year old twins and can’t wait to go back. The location is awesome with Yellowstone Lake only 15 min away for swimming and New Glarus nearby. The bathroom and shower were so nice and allowed us to be cleaner than we ever have throughout any of our past camp trips. The owners, Shannon and Kriss are awesome to talk to and the barn kitties and farm animals made it extra special for the kids. Thank you so much for a fantastic couple days.
Our stay at Kriss' place was incredible. Check in went seemlessly and we had a handful of locations to choose from on her farm. We were greeted by the playful and friendly farm cats that lived on the farm and went to dinner at Lady Dawn's (highly recommend!). We made s'mores that night and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor showers offered at rhe location; beakfast was wonderful as well! Overall the experience we had was very good and my friend and I have already made plans to return next summer!
We camped here for a slightly more relaxed experience than we'd have at a state park. It's expensive for a campsite but the animals and beauty of the farm made for a wonderful time. The owners are lovely, as were the other guests staying in the vintage RVs. My only suggestion is given the relatively close proximity of everyone, it'd be very nice if they established a "quiet time" like many similar destinations do. Other guests arriving late at night, leaving their car headlights on, and talking loudly just doesn't work when you're asleep in a tent. But that hiccup aside, we loved it.

We are so glad you two had fun! But of course we're so sorry your stay was impacted by guests arriving late and talking. Our maximum amount of guests on the farm is 8 (9 if young children) to insure everyone gets space to roam, so we certainly value that serenity, too. Thanks for the feedback.
