Great site but poor experience
We thought this was a lovely site, sorry for the late review, we stayed in September 2020. There were dozens of open spots that we got to choose from so we chose a quiet one away from others. It didn't seem like the host was on site, as they told us the code and that we were free to choose a site wherever. You enter through a gate and go through other sites with RVs and such that are not part of this site.
However, we were two young women traveling alone. I would like to reiterate that there were at least 2 dozen empty available spots. At about 8pm a man alone in a pickup trucks comes to the site next to us and sits in his truck with his lights on. By 11pm he is still there, in his truck. We felt very unsafe and ended up leaving the site for the night.
We loved the location and the views. Had a poor experience through no fault of the host.

Very peaceful. Had no neighbors and had place mostly to myself in the first week of november.
Great place to stay no matter what kind of camping you enjoy! Be it tent, van, camper or RV. I loved the variety that cedar hills had between wooded areas + wide open spaces with the best overlooking views. This was the first clothing optional campground I've seen in WI and would imagine many more people take part in that during the warmer months as opposed to late fall, when I visited. Dennis is a great host + I enjoyed my stay here!

The campground was nice and wooded! It was easy to access, the owner was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed hearing coyotes howling at night. We would definitely come back to camp here again
Dennis was responsive, campground was nice. A little pricey, but no complaints overall. Would consider returning.
This place is amazing! We basically camped on top of a bluff surrounded by cedar trees. Very beautiful view. At night we heard the sounds of owls and coyotes in the distance. Extremely peaceful. This was a nature lovers dream!!
Dennis owns an incredible piece of property on a beautiful bluff that is extremely well maintained. We just tent camped there in October so rules may be different during the busy season but Dennis allowed us to drive in and pick any spot we wanted that was open. Everyone was very friendly and Dennis made sure we had a nice big stack of wood at our site both nights! I will absolutely be back!! Thank you Dennis for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing getawa
Campground wasn't busy and Dennis pointed us to a beautiful spot overlooking the valley. Will definitely plan on going back next year.
