Absolutely amazing and wish I was still there! Pond for fishing, beautiful mountain views, friendly folks. Beautiful stream running behind sites - the kids keep saying they want to go back already! They both have a new favorite spot - Diana,WV. Thank you Misha and Zave for being such a kind host and sharing your piece of almost heaven with us. If your considering booking here do it, you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to visiting again, worth the 5 hour drive for sure!!!
A perfect overnight stay
Our stay at Camp Holly was great. Zave and Misha were very accommodating. We loved listening to the creek while we fell asleep in our camper.
Everything about the space is perfect, from the little camp store to the paddle boat you can take out on their fishing pond. Will definitely be back!
This place puts the hip in hipcamp!
Camp Holly was a stellar experience. The owners were super hip and accommodating. My son (7) and I were very impressed with our campsite (#4), nestled against a flowing mountain stream, which was very soothing at night. We were able to set up hammocks right next to the water and the pond was stocked with 500 lbs. of catfish while we were there. Throughout the camp, this budding haven hosted many incredible tent camping sites, as well as some A-frames. There was even talk of renting out their vintage camper. The locals who came to fish were very kind souls. There was a small diner in Diana, a pool in nearby Webster Springs, and the waterfalls in Holly River State Park really made our WV experience top notch. At this point, the owners have only owned the camp for 5 months, but one can tell this place is going to be a real destination to some great hip campers in the future. Lastly, the bathroom/showers were super nice!!! Highly recommend supporting these HipCamp hosts!
