Learn more about this land: We are excited to share our 40 acres of wide open fields, surrounded by mountain view’s, elk, and peace. We have 4 level hookup sites that include water, sewer and electrical hookups. There are endless trails (even caves!), ATV, and horse trails nearby ready for exploration. Almost unlimited access to the best features the PNW has to offer: Approximately a 45 minute drive to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest and the Mount St. Helens Windy Ridge interpretive site, a 45 minute drive to White Pass Ski Resort, and 1 hour drive to the Paradise entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The small, quaint town of Packwood, WA, with restaurant, brewery, bar, cafe, and its very own gold mining shop is a quick 10-15 minute drive away. Peak season (mid-May through mid-September) rates are $75/night for the use of one hookup site. For summer and holiday weekends we have a 3 night minimum stay. Weekday discount. Non-peak season (mid-September through mid-May) rates are $60/night for the use of one hookup site. Each additional hookup is $25 per night. If you plan to have more than one RV or trailer, please select the number of additional RVs or trailers under the "additional guests" section when making your booking.
