Shady and cool. This is a single lot with quiet neighbors on both sides. Bathroom is inside the bus 40 foot bus parked on the property. It's steep down to the beach. Lots of bird action. Walking distance to the local bar which hosts karaoke and live music every weekend. 5 minutes drive to a Mexican restaurant and coffee stand.Shady and cool. Small space to work with. It's got a sandy beach and shade. Skagit river on one side and a big tiny home bus on the other. The neighbors are usually outside . You can hear them well. Mountains in front and behind you. The bus is small and cramped but has a nice shower and toilet. Fridge as well.
