Campsite #1
Mikes place was the perfect rest point between Seattle and North Cascades National Park! You’re close to the main road so you might hear some noise but it didn’t bother us.

Forest Canvas Tent
Mike's campsite (#1) was exactly what we needed in a simple place to stay on the way to hiking in the North Cascades. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. It's expensive for what it is, but the proximity to the park can't be beat.

West Side of the NP!
This was a perfect place to set up camp! Mike was fast to respond and was easy to access the site. If you're planning to visit the North Cascades NP! I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Mike for letting me stay at your property. & absolutely nice set up.

Forest Canvas Tent
Nice but way to expensive
The site and the tent was clean and exactly as described in the add. The tent was very clean sturdy and spacious. Mike was very responsive during our time there, and basically you get exactly what you are promised. Well maybe important o mention that you do not have easy access to the river from the site as it is at the other side of the highway. That said, in my opinion the cost of this site is too high for what you get . For 120 USD/night, I do not pee in a porta patty that is 5 min away from my tent, I do not enjoy the noise of cars speeding along the highway next to the site or the lack of showers and the invitation to clean yourself in a river you don't really have access to unless you drive a few min. I would recommend this site only to people that is very wealthy ( so 120 USD mean not much to them) or people that has NO camping equipment at all, in which case the investment on this site can makes sense as they are not buying or renting any camping equipment.
