Relax and restore on the top of the hill on our 20-acre, private property. You'll have the property and 750-square foot cabin to yourself. With views of Mt. Adams, the Simcoe mountains, and a million stars, you can hike, star gaze, and enjoy fireside games at this updated cabin with a classic aesthetic. This is off-grid with electric lighting. We have a sink and pump that provides running water like a household sink. There is a porta-potty near the house and an outdoor heated shower. You'll bring your bedding, extra water for showering, and towels to make yourself comfortable. We have blankets and kitchen equipment as well as an outdoor grill and solo stove firepit. Come recharge among nature.Klickitat View Cabin was built in 2005 and is an off-grid cabin with solar electricity, water via an electric pump at the sink, and a complete kitchen with a gas range and oven. Stay warm with our gas fireplace and enjoy the millions of stars and 20 acres of privacy and views of Mt. Adams. The outhouse near the cabin has a traditional toilet with gravity-fed water. A hot propane shower is accessible on the front porch. The property sits on a hill with direct views of Mt. Adams and the Simcoe Mountains. Privacy, peace and quiet. It is an excellent retreat for a writer, artist, or family who wants to unplug and spend time together. Fifteen minutes to Goldendale and its amenities.

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
Great secluded spot
We loved staying at the cabin! It is quiet and peaceful. We drove from Vancouver, Washington, so only about a 2 hour drive for us, but it felt very remote once we were out there. Once we got the cabin warmed up with the fireplace, everything was very comfortable. I like how simple the set up is, only what you need. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well. I chose this place in particular because it looked like the dog could run free. This was the best decision; she had the time of her life. Thank you!

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
Beautiful glamping location!
My 2 friends and I had a wonderful time here at the cabin. There is plenty of land to explore, beautiful views, and enough amenities to make the glamping experience comfortable and easy-going. Several steps up from tent camping, and a small step down from a typical airbnb 'cabin' rental. The affordable stay felt cozy, quaint and homey. Would certainly return!

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
Very comfortable cabin with lots of natural light. Nice sleeping space upstairs. We didn’t cook but one could as the kitchen is sticked with pots, pans, cooking utensils. Easy to make coffee, stay warm, and have accessible water. It’s a lovely peaceful setting. This time of year wildflowers are coming out. The cabin has what you need for a convenient stay. Very private. More luxury than camping. It was more than we expected as our first Hipcamp experience. A great off-the-grid experience.

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
We love to camp so this was a great in-between as it's to cold for us to tent camp right now. Property is beautiful and private. The cabin stays very warm. Kitchen has all your basic needs, I do recommend bringing more paper towels and make sure your dogs have tick meds before heading up there, we removed over 5 ticks from our dogs.

Amazing Cabin
Absolutely loved this stay and would highly recommend. Amazing cabin on a secluded property with so many amenities! Our Pyrenees loved having the space to roam. Bald eagles at sunset and owls with our star gazing. Will definitely be returning

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
Lovely cabin! Location is gorgeous - view, stars, moon, & sunrise are a treat with all the windows. Everything functioned nicely. The stove heats the space up pretty quickly. The bed was cozy & overall this was a perfect place to rest during a long weekend. Our dogs loved the place, too!
