We have 3.23 acres in Quilcene Wa near the Olympic National forest. We are about 40 miles from the Olympic National Park. We are near all the hiking and mountain biking nearby trails on the eastern side of the Olympic Mtns. We have excellent fishing, crabbing, fall mushroom hunting and swimming nearby. We are between the Little Quilcene and Big Quilcene Rivers as well as Lake Leland, a very popular fishing spot. This would be an excellent place to stay after any of these activities. There are a number of events coming up in the area : Sept 7-9 the Port Townsend wooden boat festival, the largest in the US, the Quilcene festival weekend with a free outdoor movie Friday evening, the Quilcene Fair and parade and car show on Saturday and certified half marathon on Sunday with a 5K and 10K races included. A free beer and oyster snacks for the race particpants. The Port Angeles Crab Festival is happening Oct 7-9. We have a a remodeled Airstream for your primary place to use as well as places to tent camp if you prefer.

Hippie's Hipcamp
Great camping experience
Bob’s airstream camping trailer and secluded area were perfect for our little vacation to the Olympic Peninsula. The location in Quilcene was extremely convenient for visiting the eastern Olympic national Forest, Port Townsend, and the beautiful hood canal area. The camper had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay plus an outdoor shower which was easy to use and awesome after a days hiking. Our dogs could roam freely around the camping area and Bob’s awesome black lab, Jake, was friendly and our dogs had a great time playing with him. We highly recommend Bob’s hippy Camp.
