If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
High Hopes Farm was easy to find and very comfortable to camp at. Even though it's a Sanikan toilet, it was extremely clean and we appreciated it being lit at night and easy to access from our tent. Loved seeing all the farm animals and Flynn is a character! We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
Amazing host and property
We tent-camped with Janelle on our bicycle ride across the Olympic Peninsula (ODT). We loved our stay so much that we decided to spend another night with her on our way back. She in an incredible host with a passion for her land and animals. Her farm is charming, safe, and offers everything you could need to feel at home!
Janelle was a very nice and accommodating host! The spot is not too far off the road and has plenty of space for tent or RV. I felt it was the perfect combination of being private and not too secluded. Having a VERY clean (NOT smelly) portable toilet and hand washing station was a huge bonus.
I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re sensitive to road noise and/or dogs barking in the distance at night.
We trailer camped with our friends in High Hopes back field right next to a shady little creek! Everything was great, water close by and very clean portable restroom. Far enough from the road to minimize highway noise, which was not noticeable by evening anyway. She was a great host, available but not intrusive. Excellent location to explore the north side of the peninsula.
