Our in town home is about 5 miles from skyline drive / AT trail. We offer pick up /drop off from trail on road (if reasonable). Our newer rv sleeps 4 adults (and 2 kids,), clean, and very comfortable. Although we deep clean after every trip, we do travel with dogs, so if you have allergies be aware. Queen bed has aftermarket memory foam mattress, bunks have memory foam toppers. Ridgeview park is a 1 minute walk and has a kayak launch, trout fishing, serenity garden, and community pool. Access to our back patio with a grill, fire pit, and porch heater is available.The rv is parked on adriveway at our in-town home near a golf course and city park. There is full access to an uncovered porch and large grassy side yard. The like new 2021 Travel Trailer is a 25' shasta double bunk rv. It hasfull heat and AC, Wi-fi, a smart tv, full bathroom with shower, 1 private room queen bed, 2 full size bunks, dinette that can turn to a short single sleeper, jackknife couch that can turn in to short double bed. Kitchen has a 3 burner stove top, oven double sink, coffee maker, coffee, hot tea, brita, full size fridge, soaps, etc. We have plates,bowls, coffee cups, eating and cooking utensils. A/c and heat work great and fans can be provided. Our personal home is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood across from private golf course a minutes walk away from south river and 80 acre Ridgeview park.

Shenandoah Sanctuary

Highly recommend. Perfect place to get a night sleep while traveling to Shenandoah national Park. Great Mountain View’s near by and the blue ridge tunnel is so close. Kelly’s hospitality was great, she even checked up on us during a storm. The RV is clean and loaded with everything you need.
