Our site offers an array of activities to suit every preference, from fishing and kayaking on the picturesque Middle River to exploring the scenic farm roads by bike. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the opportunity to observe wildlife in its natural habitat or embark on a stroll to admire the majestic mountains and working farms nearby.
Venture beyond the confines of our camping site and discover the rich history, vibrant culture, and exquisite breweries and wineries that characterize the Shenandoah Valley. With a plethora of attractions within a short 15 to 25-minute drive, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to the breathtaking views and onsite amenities, we strive to enhance your camping experience by providing essential comforts. Each camping site comes equipped with a Coleman camp stove (complete with gas), ample firewood for cozy evenings around the campfire, and comfortable bedding including pillows, sheets, and blankets for a queen-size bed. Lanterns are also provided to illuminate your nights under the stars.
Our property features two camping site locations, each approximately 200 yards apart, ensuring privacy for individual campers while still offering the opportunity for families and friends to enjoy each other's company within walking distance. Rest assured, the sites are carefully situated to ensure that they cannot be seen from one another, preserving the sense of seclusion and tranquility.
Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable camping experience, kayaks, fishing gear, and bikes are not provided. We encourage you to bring your equipment to fully immerse yourself in the outdoor adventures that await.

This site offers an exceptional place to fish, kayak, bike on farm roads, view wildlife or take a scenic walk to view the mountains and working farm. The valley is alive with history, culture, breweries and wineries to explore within a 15 to 25 minute drive. In addition to the onsite amenities, the following will also be provided; Coleman camp stove (includes gas), fire wood, pillows, sheets and blankets for one queen size bed and lanterns. Our property currently has two camping site locations. Sites are approximately 200 yards apart. This allows each camper their own privacy but also gives families and friends a location to enjoy within walking distance of each other. (Sites cannot be seen from one another).
