Farm life escape
Honestly , cannot say enough good things about our camping experience here . (A first true outing with our 7 month old son)
Hidden treasure is an understatement. I even hesitate to tell too many others about it, as we want an opportunity to book another trip soon. Amanda and Chris went above and beyond to to give us a tour of their pristine farm. The only regret is we only had one night, as there is so much to explore . Stunning views, rolling hills , creeks , ponds, beautiful horses , cattle, and we even had the privilege of riding along to feed their rambunctious piglets. Camp sites are so well dispersed, you may not see or hear another soul.
Thank you so much for sharing your farm, and we will certainly come back to visit .
Camp out in the pasture
Beautiful property, from the campfire set-up and hammock beside the parking spot, to the horse pastures. Hosts accommodated our late arrival graciously. Hot shower in the barn hit the spot on a brisk Christmas Eve morning. Would recommend!
Amazing first stay!
This was my first time using Hipcamp and it was an amazing experience! The hosts were quick to come and greet us and give us a tour of their absolutely beautiful property. The fall foliage was terrific and the space to camp was enough to pitch three tents (two 4 person and one 2 person). We enjoyed our peaceful stay and will be back soon!
It was one of the best campings we've been to. We got to see the fall colors on our way and everything was scenic! Amanda and Chris arrived shortly after we reached and took us for a tour of the farm, they were very polite and friendly. We had booked Octopus forest and it was perfect for us. We went to the pond and did some boating and Kayaking the next morning. All of us had a great time and would surely visit again.
