Our pet friendly property is located in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible from the road (no 4WD needed) and ideal for swags, tents or campers.
Power and water is available!
It’s only a short wander to the Silver Creek where a 4WD track leads you into the Mount Disappointment State Forrest. The space is part of our front yard and our property is located at the end of a very quiet no through road. Your camp site is tucked in between the trees away from our family house with plenty of flat space. Sit at the picnic table or around the fire pit (season permitting) and take in the piece and quiet with plenty of wildlife to enjoy.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the site is very spacious and well set up, for example, the firewood and kindling were ready for us, as well as our sourdough bread, power and water was readily available, the area is very quiet and I would highly recommend a visit.
A beautiful location - so peaceful at the end of a quiet road, National Park on your doorstep. Waking up to the birds was amazing. Hosts are lovely - accommodating and extremely helpful. House close to campsite but you don't notice at all. Power and water available if needed. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou Clara and Caleb for a wonderful stay ☺️
Peaceful location at the end of the road with the National Park < 150 metres away! We had kookaburras singing from the treetops, stars and the moon in the nightsky, and kangaroos hopping by in a flash on our last evening. Enjoyed a hike - well marked, maintained vehicle trail - alot of up and down though! My thighs were screaming with delight.
Nice level turnaround spot so easy setup. Hosts were super quick to respond to our request for a tool and a hand when we needed to address something on the caravan. Water and power right there.
Animals welcome bush setting
We were welcomed by Clara and the children with our freshly baked sour dough.
The location through relatively close to the homestead did not impact the views of the forest and a sense of perfect relaxation.
Positioned a short walk away from the King Lake National Park with a great array of different walks and the beautiful Silver Creek.
The Camp area was well maintained and clean with green waste and rubbish disposal facilities. No grey waste porta-potty dump area (porta-potty) essential.
This is a little gem and a place for a quick get away well worth a visit. We will definitely visit again.\
