Stay on the edge of a forest with access to lush gardens and trails that meander through hillside and forest.

Option to pitch your tent on two sites, private from each other. Both sites have fire rings and mountain views. One site borders a newly built pond and is within eye sight of a barn that was featured on a USPS stamp. The other site is set at a lower elevation by stone walls. Both have access to trails.

 * Once you arrive, walk a brief 5-10 min to your site. My ATV is available to use to help carry your things to your designated spot.

 * No bathroom on site, please follow the rules to get rid of waste. Ask if you have questions.

 * Firewood available for purchase as to help keep warm.

 * On the property is access to endless hiking trails. Wander through the vineyard. Go swimming in the pond, but it is not currently stocked with fish.

Beyond the property, a short few miles away is the Village of Woodstock. Woodstock brands itself around skiing, multi-seasoned outdoor activities, lots of mountain biking trails. Take a break from the active lifestyle and enjoy shopping and restaurants. If you are mountain biking, trails are located on the neighboring property.

Beautiful spot! Like a New England postcard. Host Lina was very accommodating and takes good care of these two sites. Plenty to do nearby (Mt. biking and hiking trails just on the other side of the field!). I can't wait to return.

Fabulous campsite on the hillside overlooking the farm and the valley road. Very peaceful.
Lina was a great host and drove me and my bicycle and gear up the hill to the campsite on arrival!

Lina's campsite was just lovely! We booked last minute on a bikepacking trip and she graciously accommodated us. The area had limited cell service, but she was very quick to respond to us and provided clear instructions on how to get to the site. The campsite itself was great. Firewood was waiting for us & the views of the surrounding valley were stunning. Such a wonderful view to wake up to. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I drove up to VT from Philly and I instantly knew where we had to stay. This was the second time we stayed on Lina’s property, and it was cool to stay in a different spot this time! We booked a day or 2 before hand, and they were able to accommodate us 🥰 I love coming here, and can’t wait to come back next year. The views of this place will never get old, and I love being able to also hike into the woods down by the bridge. Lina and her husband are amazing hosts, I’m sad we missed them on this trip.

The spot is also so close to town, and you must get breakfast at Soulfully Good cafe! 💛

We really enjoyed our stay at the Farm. The site at the top of the hill had amazing, relaxing views across the valley, and a great fire pit. One of our favorite Hipcamps. Lina was super nice and above and beyond easy to work with. Couple minutes from town too. We'll definitely be back.

Lina was great and super accommodating! The farm is absolutely beautiful and the tent sites are positioned perfectly for a beautiful view of the hills during the day and fire flies at night! Highly recommend checking her farm out!

This campsite was everything we expected. Great views of the property and very separate from other sites and the main house. With a clear night the stargazing was incredible.
