Site #6 Yellow Tractor Glamping

Your NEW SITE is on Gorgeous CONSERVATION Land.
The 72 acres of ‘sunrise farm’ from which you have a 50 mile view of Mount Monadnock as you enter and then drive 600 yards down (over the grass road)… to a Private Grove surrounded by miles of trails…that is circled by deciduous trees to give you a feeling of being deep in the woods while being close to all you need.

The “Yellow Tractor” marks to entry to the site with which has a stone fireplace and large wood chip pad providing a soft and flat area around the new Glamping tent (rated for 6 but we recommend 4 for optimum use as it includes a queen size raised bed).
Queen size bed, 2 chairs, folding aluminum table, solar lights inside and around Private tent area, port a potty nearby (about 100 feet away) that is cleaned weekly with sanitizer, well water containers (with our remarkable tested artesian well water), solar water shower (if requested)…see other “Extras”.
Disc Golf Included when you bring your own discs…and we offer more in our ‘Sport Game Box” at the farmhouse.
Also included: Additional Screened Tent for eating, sleeping or relaxing.
We request you do Not bring Firewood (Fire Grill and Water Bucket by fire - Firewood bundles dropped as selected) to this Conservation Zone as we have been advised that this can import Wood Beetle dangerous for our forest. See “Extras” for details on what we provide (which is better than you can buy en route). There is also lots of dry deadwood you can pull from our forest which helps protect her. Keep campfires under control in size (pond nearby if more water is needed with buckets provided… please never leave fires unattended despite they are protected from the wind in your Grove).
Enjoy “Extra” called “Glamping Linens”… by selecting that option if you want our fresh bedding… and more. See under “Extras”.
Great clean ‘Swimming Pond’ on property - several swim tubes under the bed.
Inner Tubes, may be an “Extra” or Massage!

Everyone was so nice and friendly, we loved our neighbors. Beautiful view from the farmhouse. Barely any cell service at the site so it was nice to have the farmhouse wifi. The screen room was awesome to have.
My son and I stayed a weekend in September at site #6 yellow tractor site. The camvas tent was cozy with plenty of room and it was nice not to have to set up a tent. The site was well equipped with fire pit and a screened in easy up for dining bug free.. I loved that there was a ton of parking, trails right from the property and kayaking the west river was a blast! Also liked that there were many extras to add to our comfort. Roy was a very helpful and friendly host, would definitely return for another visit.

We had a great time! Tent was very spacious and cozy. The property was gorgeous!
Super duper quiet. Off the beaten path. Beautiful property. Wild flowers every where.
Roy was extremely accomodating and nice.

We were actually at site #5, Doug's Pond and it was great!! Roy is an awesome host and the site was perfect. Plenty of trails around to hike and solitude to relax. We'll be back!

Thank u Andy!! Best Regards, Roy
