This was a beautiful mountain top stay on a large parcel of private land with multiple trails and a nice pond. This would be particularly beautiful in the summer and fall. Our host Aurora was extremely friendly welcoming and directions were very easy to follow. Great access to multiple northern Vermont towns and ski areas.
My stay at Aurora’s place was amazing!! I was on a solo trip from CT in my sprinter van and was a bit anxious about getting around, parking, etc. Aurora reached out to me immediately after I booked to provide some helpful hints and tips about getting there and the land itself. Her communication was top notch and it was evident that her place was something special. When I arrived she offered to show me the property in person and provide a few good options on where I could park. The area is very peaceful with a small pond, meadows, large rocks to sit on, sunset views of the mountains and pretty wildflowers. It was peaceful and out of the way, but not too far from Huntington and Richmond - both of which have good hiking and biking trails, local farm stands, and cute shops. Being by myself it was important that I felt safe and I was so glad I had picked this spot. I can’t wait to go back in the fall as the foliage will be amazing there! Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful spot!
