My brother and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the area. Tim and Rebecca were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and very knowledgeable! They were busy about the farm but were never too busy to stop and chat or answer our questions about the area or the goings on at the farm. If you stay here I highly recommend setting aside some time (for us it ended up being about 2 hrs!) to talk to Rebecca about the products they sell in the beautiful little store on site. She will give you a customized, detailed rundown of how they are made and where the ingredients are from, if they are not sourced directly from the farm. We also took ourselves on the self-guided farm tour which would probably have taken a bit longer if it wasn't off season and the sunflower field was in bloom, for example. The canvas tents were closed up for the season and we were looking for a tent site anyway, however we were encouraged to peak in them on our tour and they looked lovely! Our site was very private even though it was right in the middle of the property and most of the leaves had already fallen off the trees. There was a nice flat spot for the tent a bit down hill from the firepit and picnic table. A 5 gal water dispenser was provided with potable water and we purchased a box of firewood (one box allowed for a very nice little 3 hr fire). The shower was closed for the season but the compostable toilets were clean and had all necessary provisions (TP, hand sanitizer and detailed instructions for use). I did a large amount of holiday shopping at the farm store and my car smelled delightful on the way home. We had a great time and would very much like to stay here again.

Ledges Overlook was a fantastic place to camp. It's incredibly accessible to Burlington while still feeling like you're hours away from the city. The site itself is spacious, with a lovely view of the fields below and surrounded by trees and birds chirping away in the morning. The cooking kit was a big help as well and we really appreciated having that provided for us. I would definitely recommend staying here and will likely look to stay here again at some point!

Beautiful campground, very nice & accommodating hosts, and pretty farmland. The campsite is private, well-covered in mulch, and the fireplace area is unreal — Nestled up against a rock face.

Location is really convenient to UVM, just a 15 minute ride.

Lovely little farm, great hosts.

I stayed in The Ledges (location C on map) and there was a bit of road noise. the tent site was clean and comfortable with a deep wood chip base, and a really nice fire pit.

Rebecca and Tim's place is absolutely gorgeous. They made camping easy by providing all the necessary amenities. And we bought lots of the wonderful soaps and products made from their organic herbs. My only problem was that I couldn't sleep because the property does sit on a major roadway. Living on lightly traveled dirt road in the country makes me very aware of road noise when I'm away from home. The only suggestion I would make for visitors is to bring your own chairs. There are chairs in the photos, but they are not for sitting!

This is an awesome camping site on a beautiful farm. The sunflower fields are beautiful. We enjoyed the self-guided tour and learning a bit about craft farming. Tim and Rebecca provide a camp box with all the cooking utensils and supplies needed to make your meals on the fire grill or a stove if you bring one. Highly recommend The Ledges. We will be back!
