Site 6 - Black Creek's Tent Haven
2024 Eclipse and Black Creek!!
Truly one of the best car-camping experiences my family and I have ever had! Dianne was beyond accommodating, especially given the circumstances... winter was still deciding whether it was going to stick around or take a hiatus. We had just got walloped with a Nor'Easter and the ground was not optimal for driving to our site but Dianne made sure we got there! We booked the site for the 2024 eclipse and the location was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the eclipse viewing. The sites were far apart and private and the rolling hills made you feel like you had the whole place to yourself. To boot, Dianne treated all of us eclipse-ers to a beautiful breakfast the morning of the big event. We got an in depth tour of their maple sugar house which is more of a sugar palace too. The Lamoille River rail trail is just a skip down the road and we did two 6 mile hikes, one on each day we visited. What a fantastic resource to add to an already amazing experience. Thank you so much Dianne for everything! - The Starks

Site 5 - Black Creek's Tent Haven
Greeted upon arrival, the sites are clean, easy to get to. Muddy so barely made it up the hill in my van, very nice owner. She even brought me leftover breakfast platter for the next morning!

Site 2 - Black Creek's Tent Haven
Camping on the rolling hilltops.
Beautiful rolling hills with woods. Clean composting toilet . If you need to use a standard toilet there is one in the Barn. Dianne makes sure you have everything you need.

Site 1 - Black Creek's Tent Haven
Dianne was such a lovely host! She was so kind and accommodating, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal! The land was beautiful and the site was perfect for tent camping. There were other camping sites nearby, but there was enough space between that it felt more secluded than typical campgrounds. We can't thank Dianne enough for such a unique and beautiful experience!

Black Creek Spot 7
My recent stay at Black Creek in Jeffersonville, Vermont was nothing short of extraordinary! Nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains, this hipcamp location offers an unbeatable combination of natural beauty, outdoor activities, and exceptional hospitality.
First and foremost, the location is a dream for nature enthusiasts. If you're an avid hiker or biker, you'll be in heaven here. The campsite is conveniently close to an array of well-marked trails, offering a range of difficulty levels to suit every adventurer's preferences. Smugglers' Notch, a legendary spot for outdoor lovers, is just a stone's throw away, and the picturesque hiking trails are truly remarkable. You can spend hours exploring the pristine wilderness, making Black Creek an ideal base camp for your outdoor escapades.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the breathtaking views from our campspot. Each morning, we woke up to the sun casting its golden glow over the rolling hills and pristine forest, with the mountains standing tall in the backdrop. It's the kind of panoramic vista that leaves you in awe of Mother Nature's handiwork. Trust me; the pictures don't do it justice.
But what truly sets Black Creek apart is the incredible host, Dianne. She's a warm and welcoming presence, and her love for the outdoors is infectious. Dianne went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering helpful insights into the best trails, nearby attractions, and even sharing some fascinating local his
