Dry Mountain Ranch is the perfect ranch. No livestock, no fences, and no chores. It is a 10 acre property a mile off Highway 40. It is 4 miles west of Duchene. with a large dirt pad overlooking the strawberry river canyon, It has a great view of the river, farms, and the canyon. The ranch is close to the main road, just a couple miles from town, but feels secluded.This is a great property to pull a small RV to for a quiet weekend. The stars are amazing! The location feels much more remote than it is, being only a few miles from Duchesne. There is a spot for a campfire and plenty of firewood. There is wireless internet and access to power available. Come enjoy our little remote part of the world!
