The Arosa sits on approximately 1 acre. Come enjoy the outdoor pavilion while you roast up s’mores on the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy the waterfall sounds of a beautiful koi pond, maybe gather a few eggs for your breakfast, courtesy of our 🐔. Full restroom facility with shower. If you were looking for only sounds of nature, although we do have that🐞🦋🐿️🐸🐦‍⬛! Be mindful that the property sits off the road on Hwy 290 so you will hear some traffic sounds as well. Hope to see you at our place. Where we are always “Happy Campers”⛺️! Located between Kerrville, Tx and Fredericksburg, Tx 20 mins each way🙂Sites are pretty much open camping within the property. 1st come 1st serve, any spot will be great! You might want to listen to the waterfall from the koi pond. Spend your night/nights on the former yurt pad (big enough for three to four 2 person tents). Outdoor pavilion with fire pit just for relaxing or making s’mores. Full restroom facility with shower. We are centrally located approx. 20 mins from Kerrville Tx , where you can hike, bike, kayak, and or fish. 20 mins to Fredericksburg, Tx. which has great downtown shopping, also Known for all the great wineries surrounding the area. Make yourself at home at The Arosa!

Rose is so kind and easy to talk with. Her land is welcoming and I especially loved The Lou bathroom/shower room!! It's adorable, clean & had humorous but clear signage inside 😊😊☺️ A nice place to stop on our road trip for a quick rest and refresh

Best site ever

Rose is an amazing host and The Arosa was such a pleasant experience. The area is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic (especially the partially covered gathering area with coffee!), and I just felt well cared for. Rose was so gracious and considerate of everyone's needs for the 2024 eclipse for which I was there and while I live very far away, I hope to revisit some time in the future.

Staying at The Arosa was great! Rose was great at communicating with us prior to our arrival and answering any questions. The property was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Acampar con vehiculo

Un lugar pequeño pero muy bien adaptado, mi esposa y yo acampamos una noche y Rosa fue muy amable, pudimo presenciar el eclipse en compañía de los demás huéspedes. La instalaciones son muy limpias

Tiny but mighty camping resort

What could I possibly say about this place that would do it justice. My son and I attended this campsite for the 2024 eclipse and we had such a blast. It is like a tiny resort and it attracts the greatest people. The design of the place really encourages a community-like atmosphere. We made several friends while camping there. Rose and Lawrence are great hosts. Lawrence will give you a tour around their little town and Rose will make sure you are well taken care of.
