This is but the start of a modest dream to go back to simplicity. I recently purchased this lot with the hopes of building a beautiful ranch home and farm that both my, and other families could enjoy. Till then, I’m extending the invite to you to experience the beauty of this raw property.As previously mentioned this is raw land - no frills just yet. There are two creeks on the property (lot 47), but only one is currently accessible. There aren’t any established trees on the cleared lot, but this makes it so much easier to stargaze at night.

Secluded Ranch Vibe

Beautiful property! As advertised, no improvements. You have to crawl across a small ditch to gain access. We have a relatively high clearance rig, so it was not a problem. It is very secluded and we saw deer, wild hogs and a skunk. If you don't want to camp and look at the next rig, this is your kind of place!
