We offer a private location with access to water, Wi-Fi and electricity close to all the major attractions in the area. You can stay one night while passing through or book multiple nights and enjoy all the popular North Texas attractions centrally located to us. Enjoy the local entertainment then come back to your home away from home to relax on the farm. - 6 miles from UNT - 8 miles from Downtown Denton - 12 miles from Lake Lewisville - 13 miles from Texas Motor Speedway - 16 miles from Lake Grapevine - 28 miles from Lake Ray Roberts - 30 miles from Downtown Ft. A great, private little spot. We could hook up to electricity and use the WiFi which were helpful. Nathan was communicative and easy to with with. My kids loved the animals too. Thank you!

This place was just what i needed.. it is back off the road and quiet. It's 10min from Denton. I was able to meet up with friends and family and it was all close. Just remember it's the gate on the left. It is a gravel road and your shoes will get a little muddy of it rains much. I loved it.

Christmas visit to see family

Nathan and his wife were super nice and we had great communication before, during and after our trip. If you have never stayed on a farm/ranch, you will enjoy seeing all of the animals. Smaller RV’s can park under a covered area. Easy access off of I-35 West, near Argyle and Denton, TX.
