My husband and I loved the RV site! It was quiet and private. We loved the bubbling brook running behind the site. Our 21 foot RV trailer fit perfectly on the concrete section. All the hook ups are working. The host Christa was helpful in texting us local information and how to get in the gate. It was definitely a great location if you want a quiet place to rest after hiking many trails like we did. Drive to town not bad, about 10 to 15 minutes. Lots of nature in the area, especially in the National forest- bears.

The "backyard" was the most magical space of this creekside escape. I could sit on the patio listening to the birds and creek for hours and never get bored. Our pups loved the freedom they had to chew sticks and play. It was a very private space and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also liked the security of it being a gated community. We met people that live there full-time who invited us to visit. We absolutely fell in love with this part of Sevier County that we had never explored before. Thank you Christa for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Maybe it was the time of year, but the resort itself was quiet- not a lot of traffic or noise, which made for a nice relaxing few days beside the creek. With the recent snow, the creek was flowing well and lulled us to sleep nightly. The “yard”
between the creek and the pad is nice and terraced with no one on the other side of the creek which gives a bit of privacy. The bathhouses aren’t super close to the site, but definitely walkable if you don’t mind hills. This site sits close to the top of the hill. We loved that it was just 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but still far enough out to feel away from it all. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place. We stayed for 8 days in September and came back for a little weekend getaway in November. Love the creek feature of the property. Quite, clean, and secure community. It's close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Cosby, Clingmans Dome, etc. Christa was helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay again.

We chose this site after reading very positive reviews and it turned out to be a very nice place with plenty of fall foliage and a beautiful stream running behind the site.

This location has consistently exceeded our expectations. The host takes cane and ensures that guests are welcome and any questions or concerns are addressed. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate guest needs. This location has become one of our favorites. It offers a great base camp for all activities in the area. We look forward to our next stay.

The site is correctly named! This spot right by the creek is literally magical. So peaceful and you could just sit here the whole time. We put our chairs by the creek and watched our kids play in the creek. This is certainly one of the best spots in the park because of the creek. Having the metal table and picnic table was very nice for eating outside. It was a great spot that our family with small kids enjoyed. We had a 37ft tt and 1 truck and fit fine.

Owner was very communicative and answered all my questions. I will say we arrived at night and finding the spot, as well as backing in to the spot was absolutely the hardest thing ever. It was pitch black around the site, and the site is in a curve. Some reflectors on the sides and a more prominent 30 on the ground would have helped. Even some solar lights might help to guide you in.

The campground itself is tight, but this spot didnt feel cramped. It is 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. It is close to some really nice hiking trails that you can drive to.

We had a great time here and did check out the playground, but nothing else. I hate we missed out on the minigolf.

I would recommend this site! The views from the creek alone are worth it!

The RV resort was wonderful. The weather was our only complaint!! Rained all week. We were there in the fall, and the only problem we had was falling leaves staining our camper because of the stinking rain! Overall, however, our stay was terrific and we managed to hike every day we were there. The creekside site was wonderful; would have loved to sit by the fire more if it hadn't rained so much.
