Kimber's farm is amazing! Between the mountain vistas and animals you will not be disappointed. There's sufficient firewood for those that enjoy an evening sitting around the Fire-Pit. This place is a keeper!

Nice grassy field to camp in. I loved that we had access to the basement of the house that had a kitchen and bathroom in it. It was so nice to come back from hiking and be able to shower. Not super fancy, just had cement floors but a much appreciated extra amenity while camping.

The stay was wonderful and Kimber was a pleasure! Meeting all the lovely animals was a real treat and we will never forget. The only downside was the lack of shade in the camping area, but that wasn't too big of a deal considering we weren't around in the day anyway. We would definitely camp here again, especially because of the location and the amenities provided by Kimber (hot shower, drinking water, kitchen). We look forward to meeting again!

Very fun place to stay if you’re ok with animals. The campsite is super close to whatever you want to do in the area and is reasonably priced. Overall we had a great experience, there are animal noises throughout the day/night which adds to the environment, if you’re not an animal person may not be the right spot. If you’re down for seeing some cool animals it’s a pretty fun place.

General view of the fenced off campsite.

The owner was nice. The property is in need of maintenance and cleaning. The camping area has items in disrepair, and steel pipe laying around. I think if the owner would get some help to maintain the location it would be a fair place to stay. The Lynx and the kinkajou were neat to see.
Make sure you close the gate to the camping area otherwise the horses will come visit and leave presents for you.

Flat place to pitch a tent. As described in the listing. Lots of critters for animal lovers and we appreciated the animal tour and meeting them. Kimber was a good host and happy to chat with us but gave us space to be on our own, too - a good balance.

Kimber was super helpful with communication. We were traveling and did not have great service, but we got what we needed to prepare! We set up our camp in the open field with the sweetest donkey and horses (they minded their business for the most part- but wanted to make you feel welcome). Kimber took us on her animal tour where we got to meet and play with all the animals, you could tell how much love was shared with each animal and Kimber, it was so sweet!
There is not much shade in the fields, so be prepared for the morning sun, but we cooled off by heading to the nearby Smokey Mountain entrance for a hike. We had plenty of access for firewood! Great piles all over!
This was a fun and definitely unique stay, and I would recommend taking the trip and snuggling some cute rescue animals!

Perfect start to our Smoky Mountain getaway! The animals were so sweet, and having access to a bathroom and delicious potable water were great pluses. Thank you for your hospitality, Kimber!
