Perfect camp spot as far as wooded and by the creek but it is by the road and you can see the neighbors across the road. The road was busy late and early and the neighbor mowed his grass til 9:00 pm. I did see some turkeys !

Awesome secluded spot a few miles from Knoxville. Easy access but kinda hard to find, Dylan helped me get there no problem though. Nice fire pit and sweet spot!

5 stars for the price.

It’s a driveway off a road with light traffic. You can definitely see the road & hear passing traffic from the site. Your right across the street from a house that is easily visible.

Not very secluded, but again, for the price, not bad at all.

Hey Zach, Thank you for the review! The site feels a lot more secluded when the leaves are out in full. We're working on adding some more things to make it a better experience, so stay tuned...

Dylan was very understanding and generous when I needed to cancel my stay due to traffic delays and facing another rainy night after having been rained on the previous night camping. Dylan was completely accommodating even though my cancellation was quite late in the day. Very much appreciated, and if I’m ever stopping through the area I’ll definitely look to see whether the camping spot is available!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Dylan could not accommodate me after I had booked.

He contacted me and and offered to let me stay on his property and give me a refund.
