Lots of trails, bring your horses, dirt bikes or ATVs. 30 minutes from Boone, 30 minutes from Beech Mountain, Roan Mountain, 10 minutes to Lake Watauga. Enjoy the mountains of East Tennessee and GET OUTSIDE!!Beautifully located in Butler in the East Tennessee Mountains just off 321. Walk the entire grounds, hike up the trails to the Forest. Wander the property and just enjoy it like we do
