Can visitors access the light keeper's house at Owls Head State Park?

The light keeper's house and the immediate surrounding grounds at Owls Head Lighthouse remain U.S. Coast Guard property, but visitors can walk to the lighthouse grounds and the lighthouse on the bluff above.
