Private Hikers Camp - Free Firewood
This super private hikers camp is 1 min hike into the reserve from where vehicles can be parked, with a flat clearing nestled among the rainforest and runs beside a creek bed. Whilst the creek is usually dry, when it is running, it is crystal clear and refreshing. The site is very close to the scenic hiking trail up through the D'Aguilar National Park up to beautiful Kluve

Whilst the creek is usually dry, when it is running, it is crystal clear and refreshing. The site is very close to the scenic hiking trail up through the D'Aguilar National Park up to beautiful Kluver's Lookout. The site can accommodate 2 people in a tent and/or tree hammocks. We provide a firepit and free firewood for your stay. A camp kitchen and camp toilets can be hired through the Extras at checkout.

It includes gazebo, table and chairs for 4 people, kitchen cubby and benches, gas cooker, cooking utensils and pots, kitchen table and food storage, cutlery, plates and cups, lights, washing up sink and drainer, tea towels, dish cloths and pan scourers. Camp toilets are mandatory on all sites. We hire fully sanitised toilets and privacy tent for those who don't have their own. One toilet will accommodate up to 4 people for 2 days. If your party size is bigger or your stay is longer, you can hire multiple toilets. The cost per hire covers the chemicals and our time driving waste back into town to dump in designated dumping points. For those looking to buy their own, we buy ours from 4WD supacentre and find them a good price and quality. BYO toilet paper and hand sanitiser.

I can't recommend this camp site enough.
The location was amazing and secluded, completely sheltered from view with a real feel of camping within a forest. The best part, no risk of hearing or seeing other people.
The provided kitchen equipment and camp toilet were well worth the additional cost for the ease of set up, though there's no reason one couldn't bring in their own equipment. Its about a 1.5 minute walk from the parking spot to the camp site.
Tammy and her partner were extremely helpful and accommodating considering that we were running quite late and didn't arrive until the evening (about 7.30pm). They met us at the car park and were kind enough to drive our esky and equipment to the camp spot on their quad bike to save us the walk.
The farm is quite beautiful, with plenty of area to explore, and cows that seem friendly enough.
I'll definitely be returning in the future if I feel like a night or two away in private.
We didn’t get the chance to stay, but the owners have been friendly, communicative and understanding throughout the entire booking and pre-stay process. We absolutely cannot wait to book again and make it out to this beautiful property.
