Riverdell is 166 acres located on the eastern side of the Blackall Range extending down to the Mooloolah River headwaters. Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise. Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek, west of The Junction campsite, to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with off-road tyres. Off-road camper trailers are suitable for some campsites (weight and length restrictions apply) however caravans are not suitable due to the steep terrain. A portaloo is within walking distance to some campsites, otherwise your camp MUST be self-contained. Riverdell is dog friendly, off leash if trained, and recommend tick treatment before arrival. .For safety, no arrivals after dark unless arranged prior.

Maleny - Little Bunya

Great little spot, even with a bit of rain, still a great place to relax and take some time out. Easy access sites, nice and private from other campers.

Maleny - Upper Plateau

Beautiful property/site with an amazing view. Track was steep but added to the fun of our stay and we had no worries towing a camper trailer to and from the site. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Maleny - Ocean View #1

An incredible spot. We don’t have the best weather but the surrounding views were still spectacular. All sites spaced out and private. Nice and level. Great location close to national parks etc. Excellent communication and info from the host. Can’t wait to come back and try and different spot at Riverdell!

Maleny - Valley View

I didn’t think you could beat ocean views but this site is now my absolute favourite. Such a gorgeous view and the site is really well maintained! The fire place is massive and in the perfect spot and the space is huge and very private!
