If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Great little spot-close to Brisbane and no need to go near the Bruce Highway - perfect for a weekend getaway! We stayed at campsite 4, very peaceful and relaxing. Would be a bit nervous towing a trailer in/out after lots of heavy rain, but in the dry it was very manageable.
Thanks to Chris & Deb for having us. Beautiful, quiet bush camp area. Even though campsites 3, 4 and 6 are near each other they are far enough away to be private. There is a steep hill on the way to the campsites but nothing a 4WD and off-road camper can't handle. We'll be back!
Top notch stay at campsite 5!
We had a great time at campsite 5! Chris and Deb are amazing hosts, they even helped us when we had a hiccup with our booking on the new hicamp site.
Everything was lovely and clean and the firewood was really appreciated. Campsite was far enough away from others so we really felt ‘away from it all’
Absolutely recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a relaxing break. Top hosts and top location! The horses are also super cute 😍
We absolutely loved our stay over the weekend! The site was tidy, toilet was clean and our fire pit was ready to go. The site we were on (Site 4) was private and shady, which was lovely. Driving to your camp site is a great opportunity to use your 4WD for what it’s made for, we had a great time testing the old girl out. Also loved the walk around the property, it challenged our cardio fitness that’s for sure! All round great stay, absolutely loved it and will be back.
Thanks for having us Chris. It was nice to be able to get away so close to home and enjoy the bush. There was plenty of privacy at camp 4. The hill to access the site was a bit hairy for us noice 4xwheel drivers.
