The campsite is nestled on a wooded knoll alongside Pohopoco Creek. Featuring a 10' x 12' canvas tent erected on a wooden platform, furnished with a queen-size futon mattress atop a bed frame, we provide essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests can expect a battery-operated sprayer for rinsing off, battery-operated lanterns, tiki torches, a small charcoal grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, fire starter, and the first night's firewood. Additionally, a 5-gallon container of fresh drinking water and bedding are supplied. For extra campers, a secondary tent is available; however, extra bedding for this tent is not provided. The primary tent comfortably sleeps 4 individuals, with the secondary tent serving as additional sleeping quarters. For privacy and convenience, a separate tent houses rustic toilet facilities. Although the listing specifies a maximum of 6 campers, we can accommodate a greater number with advance notice. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food, beverages, and a deep appreciation for the tranquil symphony of water, wind, and birdsong. This is truly a serene retreat. We offer a total camp setup located steps from a trout stream. Although located in a semi-rural area, the site is very very secluded. A 10'x12' large canvas tent, queen sized bed frame with a futon style mattress, a secondary popup tent for additional campers, fire ring, small grill, picnic table, rechargeable lanterns, 1st night's firewood, fire starter, rustic toilet, 5-gallon water jug, 3-gal battery operated rinse kit are all included with your stay. Nearby to the site: Beltsville Lake State Park, Appalachian Trail, Blue Mountain Ski area and outdoor park, Big Creek Winery, Haydt's Meat Market, Beltzville Beverage. Bring your food, libations and a love for the outdoors, leave the rest to us.
