Single camp site that is secluded but still close to everything. 20+ acres of a 46 acre property are set aside for guest campers. 2 miles from the town of Palmerton, 2 miles to Blue Mountain Ski Resort, close to Beltzville State Park and Lehigh Gap (Appalachian Trail). Hiking trails, rock climbing and a nice stream are features of our property that we are happy to share with our guests.
Drive most of the way to the camp site, private parking and then a 10 minute walk to the site. PACK LIGHT as you cannot drive to the site and the trail is rough! There is a stream that splits the campsite from the rest of the property which is a vacation rental home. Located in a conservation district, private and secluded camp site. Site includes a 12 x 20 deck/platform, 2 picnic tables, one covered by a pop-up canopy. We provide plenty of firewood, a few chairs, camp grill to cook on. You'll get two 5 gallon water coolers with fresh tap water.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR LOCAL ZONING BOARD REQUIRES THAT GUESTS AT OUR CAMPSITE USE ONLY ONE TENT. THERE IS NO RESTRICTION ON THE SIZE OF THE TENT, OR NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE TENT, JUST A REQUIREMENT THAT THERE BE ONLY ONE TENT AT THE CAMPSITE. WE PROVIDE TWO HAMMOCKS AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO SLEEP UNDER THE STARS, ON THE PLATFORM.

A fine site, but left after a couple hours due to continuous gunfire shots. Not the quiet retreat my family was hoping for.
Mark is an wonderful person who helped us during the coldest times, as my first camping ever, this will forever stay in my memory.

Place is beautiful. A lot of privacy and seclusion, mixed with trails and different terrains to gaze at. Will definitely be back.
Great, spacious campsite with beautiful views. Owner provides firewood, water, chairs, picnic tables and hammocks. Wooden deck is great for setting up your tent. There is an uphill walk to the campsite (10-15 minutes) with carts provided by owner to help carry supplies. Bring rope to secure your tent to the deck!
It was such an amazing stay. The location is very accessible to folks in Philly and the campsite is just perfect. It has everything we needed for a great weekend with our senior dog.
I will warn that the hike in is a bit steep so learn from us and pack a little lighter (the wagon helped out a lot though!)
