Additional fees apply when the trailer is moved off the property. We are able to deliver the trailer to an RV Park or Campground in the Terrace area of your choice. If you would like to stay on the property, the travel trailer will be parked in our yard next to our garden. When we set the trailer up at an RV park or campground of your choice, you will get access to the whole travel trailer, your reserved site, and all amenities at the RV Park or campground. When you choose to stay in our yard, you get access to the whole travel trailer and access to the front yard and garden area. Other things to note I can provide bedding, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc, for an additional $50 fee. We can deliver and set up the trailer at any RV Park or Campground in the terrace area for an additional $100 fee. Some RV parks have full hookups, some have only power and water hookups, and others have no services (dry sites). Consider this when booking your site. When you stay in our yard, we will have the power hooked up and the water tank full. This enables you to use hot and cold water for washing and bathing. Drinking/cooking water will be provided in a separate jug. We are on well water and only recommend using it for cleaning up. The septic tanks have a capacity limit, and we can pump these tanks every three days or as needed during your stay. Propane tanks will be full upon check-in.
