The small town of Sprague River is just 5 miles away and provides a convenience store and fuel for those last minute items as well as a small park at the river for fishing or dipping your feet. Klamath Falls with it's more extensive dining and shopping is just 35 minutes. Our campsites work great as a "base camp" for taking in the beauty of Southern Oregon. We are just over an hour to both Crater Lake and the Lava Beds.
A trashcan will be provided for you, but please be prepared to bury or pack out any other wastes. Fire danger is still very high. We have recently added a communal composting toilet; please follow instructions in the outhouse. A small tank of potable water is available on request. Pets okay, but please keep them under control at all times as we employ Livestock Guardian Dogs on a portion of the property.
Grills and generators are allowed, just please use extreme caution.

Beautiful spot, had it all to myself. Nice people as well.
This was such a lovely spot! Very quiet and secluded, with a gorgeous view of the sky. Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting an easy, beautiful, and peaceful camping experience.

This was a great location highly recommended. When it is milky way season it is dark enough to star gaze here and the camp site is very pretty. The only thing is navigation in the dark can be a little bit tricky so just go earlier in the day. Site has cell service and PLENTY of room.
It was very nice! Quiet and peaceful. I Thoroughly enjoyed the solitude. I would definitely stay there again.
The meadow offered lots of space. We took full advantage of the picnic table. It was fun to be greeted by cows. The outhouse was clean and composting toilet was easy to use with clear instructions and all necessary items.
Be sure to take Nikki up on her offer of jalapeño cheddar bread. We weren’t planning to get bread or eggs, but the reviews suggested it and the order did not disappoint. The hosts were attentive and friendly overall with a clean space.
Great access to the OC&E trail for exploring on foot or by bike. We also enjoyed Klamath Falls for a day where we caught trails at Moore park and played some disk golf. Great exercise to work off our breakfast. If you’ve not been to The Waffle Hut, it is a must! One of the better breakfasts I’ve had in a while and hands down the best waffles ever!
This campsite is a hidden gem! The meadow is surrounded by trees and the cows were an added bonus. They left us alone, but they were fun to watch. The site has a picnic table, fire pit, and outhouse. The hosts were very attentive. We had some questions before arriving and they were answered right away. We ordered jalapeno cheddar bread and eggs and they were delivered as soon as we arrived. The bread was even still warm! It was absolutely delicious. We recommend staying here if you're looking for a serene experience away from the hustle and bustle of busy city living.
It was beautiful staying here! The host Nikki had everything set up for us and her instructions were very clear! Really felt like we were sleeping in an empty meadow just me and my friend. Stars were awesome too
We setup a basecamp in the Secluded Meadow for 6 day so we could explore the Southern Oregon Area. We rode our bikes from the site to the OC&E trail, drove to Crater Lake for the day, visited Train Mountain, Collier Memorial Park and just hung out and relaxed at the site. We highly recommend ordering the bread and eggs and in fact we placed two separate orders and we were glad we did. The site was as advertised and wonderful to stay at with numerous birds and a few cows with calfs that wandered through the meadow.
