Disclaimers:
Although Short Sands Beach / Oswald State Park is close, it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only half a mile North on Hwy 101 to the parking lots from our gate. Most of the campsites are about a half mile up the hill from our main entrance. So a total of about a mile to the beach.
Each of our campsites are very rugged: not super flat and have jagged rock.
The roads getting to each campsite are STEEP, NARROW, and have very FEW TURNAROUND OPTIONS. We recommend ONLY EXPERT drivers with 4x4 rigs.
Lastly; there are no bathrooms! Please make sure you bring your own bathroom!Pet friendly - with off leash areas. Huge Group campsite!
