Convenient rest area less than one mile off of I-5 near Keizer Station. Pull off the freeway, park your truck, trailer or RV and get some rest. This land is an active farming operation that has been going on, since 1850s. Make sure to catch the sunset or sunrise with an almost unobstructed view. We are located less than a two-minute drive from Keizer station for all your shopping needs including: Target, Lowes, Starbucks, In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, a gas station and many more.

Lake Labish flexible parking

Daniel has been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I may have had. Very clean, love the easy to find location and that it is close to the Keizer Station!! 100% recommend!!

Peonies Flowers May to June #2

Camping in nature yet close to town

Enjoyed a scenic camping spot on a farmland plot. Clean port a potty. Sounds of horses, frogs, and a distant rooster. Directions made it easy to find. Excellent and friendly communication with Daniel by text message and phone. I will come back when I'm in the area.

Five stars

I was looking for a reasonably priced location to stay one night as I towed our 17 foot travel trailer from Washington State to California. From my point of view this place was perfect. I enjoyed my brief meeting with Daniel. This farm is an interesting place. We left early the next morning so there was no time to learn much about what was happening. My wife didn't appreciate the freeway noise, but it didn't bother me. There are a lot of places to shop very nearby which would have been handy if we needed anything. Thank you Daniel.

Convenient and well priced stop

Daniel’s place is large and varied. He was kind enough to find us a fairly flat space that was easy to get to and felt safe, private, and peaceful. He was also very good at communicating via the app and phone as needed.

Lovely convenient farm parking!

Lovely farm with lively birdlife nearby. Clean Porta potty, and a lot of flexible park/camp sites. Host was communicative and helpful. Nearby shopping and restaraunts. A bit better for RVs than Campers, though there were at least 2 nice spots overlooking farm fields and probably more. Convenient off freeway access, but don't trust Hipcamp Google map location, ask host for directions drive entry is unmarked. 15$/night is a bit steep for a Porta potty use in a farm field, but otherwise a nice convenient spot to rest your head on a long drive

Daniel's place was great and very convenient. Right next to targettarget and freeway but still felt as though you were out of town. Daniel was awesome very friendly!
