Beautiful location, charming hosts
My 1st Hipcamp experience was perfect, online description was accurate, the hosts Patrick and Doug are friendly, helpful and made me feel right at home. I felt safe and comfortable camping there on my own and I would definitely recommend. 👍👍

Amazing! Patrick made our stay extra special by dropping and our kayaks off for some very special and unique paddles! Super thoughtful, friendly and helpful hosts! Beautiful area, so untouched by humans... Wonderful to explore! We will be back!
The campground had a beautiful view of the river. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The site didn't really accomodate our Rv but the way we had to place it provided us with privacy since the two neighboring campers were not there. Bango music played most of the day from the band stand. Hydro and water were $10/night extra. Fair ground eatery places were cool to see but unfortunately missed them being open. Lots of season covers who too were very friendly.
A peaceful, wonderful happy land.
The host Patrick greeted us with a young lady (my apologies for not remembering your name) when we got there and completely took care of us. They gave us plenty of options and recommendations to check out such as the waterfall, bridge, 1km long pathway right in the middle of the woods, where we can get some food on site and then left briefly only to bring back the best fire ring we saw on any lot! haha :).
All around respectful, charming and helpful people.
I had the best romantic mini-vacation ever with my lovely girlfriend. We had a big lot way in the back and a km of privacy to get a real wilderness feel at all hours.
Access to the river just a few steps from us down a little pathway in our lot that was so close to the water we were able to enjoy the therapeutic sounds of the river day and night.
I 100% recommend this place and can tell you in advance your going to get genuine good service from people who LOVE what they do and encourage guests to enjoy the beauty of their amazing land!
Thanks for having us! Patrick and Douglas, we look forward to coming back again EH.

A beautiful setting along the Temagami River and a park full of some of the friendliest people we've ever met. Doug,Pat and Cindy are doing a marvelous job of carrying on their father's dream and have plans to improve the washroom/shower facilities and electrical service.
The music festival weekends would be an experience any music lover would enjoy. We are hoping to be able to go back to see one of the three they have every year.
Also fantastic Kayaking and river tube runs that the owners will help you with.
This is not your typical private campground and that is a good thing!
We really enjoyed our time at Pines Along the River. Our site was right beside the river allowing us a very peaceful and pleasant experience. The host Pat was very helpful getting us to our site, providing fire wood, showing us where we could put our kayaks in and just making us feel so welcome all around. We also felt very welcomed by the seasonal campers who stopped by for chats. This site is located just outside a quiet community and on a beautiful river.
Great place, great people!
This was truly a one of a kind experience with the music festival this past weekend.
My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much that we will be back again.
The river is everything we hoped it would be and certainly a site to see.
