A super quiet and peaceful camp ground. I couldn't believe how beautiful and clean the whole place was. Highly recommended for tent camping.
The property was very clean and friendly atmosphere. Amanda was a great host! I highly recommend a stay or two here. We will be back to enjoy it in the Fall.

Aside from the train in the valley, this was a nice park. It is open to the public so there can be some traffic and people walking trails or playing at the playground. The hike to this site is steep but fairly short. Overall I enjoyed the site, scenery, hikes, and time with my sister! The host is awesome and responds promptly. But in the end we prefer more secluded sites with minimal disruptions from everyday life.

Quick overnight. Great communication. Great sunrise over the valley.
U1 is a great site, secluded but still close to access the park’s amenities.
We seriously underestimated the hike uphill to Secluded campsite "U1". That said, Amanda gave us the option to switch to another site if we wanted to. We decided to stick with the plan, and did not regret it at all. Although my travel partner realized that night she would have liked more people nearby, I personally think the spot is PERFECT if you want some quiet forest time (other than the train noises from time to time in the distance.)
beautiful campsite, amanda was extremely helpful and understanding
