Very welcoming quiet private place. Animals were great to see and interact with. Our kids loved it. My boy got to Sit on a tractor and see it in action! Jay was excellent host. Trails to walk, nice pond and Jay’s loft is super nice and cozy. My wife fell in love with Rusty the cow. He is a sweetheart very friendly.
My incredible experience
What can I say about my stay at rustys rv retreat, what an incredible hide away campground perfectly suited for any campers needs, host was more than accommodating, I rolled in a quarter to 10pm and they were there waiting for me with no complaints, I would recommend this spot to anyone I know, I’ve camped all growing up and this was definitely a very peaceful quiet environment, thank you guys!
Jay was a great host with a very peaceful location. I stayed at site 3 by the silos and the creek. The road has very little traffic so no road noise over the night. In the morning saw Rusty and the other barn animals before leaving.
Great hosts, beautiful site.
We had a wonderful stay at Rusty's RV Retreat. Our hosts, Jay and Scott were very welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived, helped us get our RV situated, brought firewood, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed meeting the polydactyl cat, and Rusty the steer. The next morning when we got caught in rainstorm during a morning run, Jay texted to see if we wanted him to come pick us up. Truly a nice place to camp!
Jay was so accommodating and nice! We rolled in super late with 20mph winds and he found us a perfect spot to shield us from the wind so our tent didn’t get blown all around! We got a tour of the tiny farm in the morning and it was such beautiful land! Highly recommend!
