Relax on a bluff right over the river with private campfire. Bike path and Little River Bar and Grill across the River. Ebike rental arranged at request. Bring your kayaks and paddlboards or just go for a swim. Close to Caesars Creek Lake and quaint Yellow Springs which both have great hiking too.

    Beautiful, cozy spot on the river. Loved the private setting, the firepit and the comfy bed in the house. Outhouse was a bit rough, but aren't they all?!?

    Great experience at the Tiny House
    We had a great time. The tiny house is small but there’s plenty of room to have a good time. The house has a heater that is run by generator, and it was cold, so we had to refill the generator a couple of times. Plenty of firewood was provided to last all night. I would recommend bringing a camp stove or grill if you plan on cooking. Or you can eat at bar across the river.

    We had a great stay at the tiny house! Everyone was very welcoming and they put a-lot of thought and hospitality into everything!! We would highly recommend and stay again!

    Tiny House on the River
    This is an awesome little spot right off the Little Miami Trail. Great for paddlers and cyclists like me touring the Ohio to Erie Trail. Jill and Jeff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the bar across the river was a good spot for a cold beer after a long day. Highly recommended, but BEWARE... you won't want to leave :)

    Perfect little getaway in the woods! Jill and Jeff are sweet and accommodating. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the tiny house. Yes, it is tiny but it is a magical place to stay. Can’t wait to go back!
