Fresh eggs from our free range chickens, and a wake up call from the rooster. Walking distance to walking trails, and a great water view! Also available to rent 1 or 2 inflatable SUP.

      Hill top sands
      We parked our Class C camper at Hilltop Sands. There was plenty of room for our camper and the slide out. The first two pictures show an open field with a view of the water. Where you’ll stay is more of a cozy, private backyard. We loved it, nonetheless. This spot is close to running/biking paths, as well as the beach. It’s also an easy drive to Dartmouth. We took the ferry to Halifax instead of driving. The ferry is a short ride and saved us trying to park our camper downtown. Maggie was very hospitable.

      Great Access to Halfax
      Just as described - and easy access to Halifax waterfront. Quiet, safe, good value. Would definitely come again.

      Great spot to park and explore Halifax/Dartmouth. Instructions were quite clear, plenty of space available to get our rig in. Our hosts were so nice and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay. Roosters woke us up in the morning but we enjoyed being around the chickens! We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful views of the lake and we didn't use the fire pit but the set up seemed great.

      Great stay with a great firepit!
      This place was fantastic! I was using a tent and there was plenty of great ground to set it up. The fireplace and string lights were really nice at night. Maggie and her family were super welcoming. Highly recommend!
