5 acres hosted by Becky D.
We built this little cabin in 2015 to host our friends and family. Now that we are empty nesters, we have plenty of room to have them stay with us. We live on the property and are usually close by if you will need something. Although we enjoy our privacy too! Our friends and family always enjoy our cabin so much, we decided we wanted to open it up to others. We are in the middle of nowhere and love the peace and quiet of Sneedsboro Rd!

Sneedsboro Cabin is our guest cabin located in the middle of nowhere. Very private with a big open clearing in front that is great for watching wildlife. Our pond is almost completed, which will be a great addition. Sneedsborough was a town that started in the late 1700's, about the same time as Charlotte. It was a thriving town of 500 people with a post office, 2 churches, general store, and the Knox Hotel. The historic town was in existence until 1835 when an epidemic of typhoid fever hit along with poor economic conditions. Today all that is left is a graveyard and a few crumbling ruins. We love the rich history of our area and want to share our quiet little place with others!
