We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this site! I was a little nervous making the climb up the gravel road in our Mini Countryman, but we had plenty of ground clearance and the low traction light only came on once 😄

Our stay was cut short due to thunderstorms rolling in, but that did not stop us from making the most of our time there! The platform was perfect for our tent, and there were lots of nice trees for our hammocks. I’ve encountered my fair share of pit toilets, and this one is easily in my top 5. The view is even better than the photos, believe it or not. All in all, two enthusiastic thumbs up.

For a pit toilet, platform and two nights minimum this place is over priced. For peace, quite and solitude its the place to be. The site was very clean including the pit toilet! The platform is the only level spot for a tent so be prepared to set your tent up on a wooden deck.

I enjoyed my stay along with the peace and quite. The only negative is the price for what you get and sometimes it's worth it. Gather your friends and split the cost and enjoy a great get away

The site is not as private as advertised. There was traffic around the camp site all night. We also had a party near-by and they were walking around the area loud and playing on the dirt road behind the camp, That is advertised as private and you being the only ones there. Try another site if you would like a good experience!

This jerk cut down several live trees on my property and his review is retaliation for being called out for it.

This spot is amazing! The privy was clean and the platforms made for a great camping spot. The views were amazing. The only negative was that it was absolutely freezing (in the teens!) but that is not a reflection on this spot.

What a beautiful location! It was so quiet and the views are amazing. Took a nice hike as the map in the pictures suggested to check out the waterfalls and they were beautiful. It is a 2.5 mile walk to get there, and if you take the road back to the campsite it is 4.5 miles total. Worth the hike.

Remote Mountain Camping PlatformBeginning of the hike to the waterfallsIt was very hard to get a good photo of the waterfalls because of the distance and all the brush in the way. Here is one of them.Exploring the creek on the way back. The waterfalls are just up ahead
