Very peaceful spot! Loved going to sleep with the river gurgling in the background.
Hookups were all 100%. The only missing element was no fire pit, otherwise a great venue.

On the River is a clean, basic place truly right on the New River. This was my first stay at a Hip camp.

Miss Cheryl was a great camp host with a wonderful RV site located right on the river where it was nice to get out and stretch and walk our dogs. We stayed at Miss Cheryl’s for a couple of weeks due to circumstances, and she was gracious enough to allow us. We are very grateful and will recommend this site to anyone looking to come to the area. Thank you

Great spot! It was peaceful and quiet. Our dogs love the grassy area & we loved seeing the wildlife on the river. The dumps are on the back side, easy to do once we packed up. The power/water is also on the opposite side, our 25ft hose did reach it fine. We will be back!

A perfect mountain getaway!
Cheryl's spot is absolutely phenomenal. It's a picturesque lot tucked away from the highway, so you have your own area to relax and unwind. We had our Starlink up with no issues, so we could work the entire time, and Cheryl was extremely responsive with everything! I highly recommend this HipCamp 💜💜
