Our property was once owned by Transylvania County Sheriff Carter McCall. 36 acres in the middle of Pisgah National Forest. “Simple Mountain Camping” is our motto. Located approximately seven miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, At the Ridge Campground is surrounded by North Carolina’s beautiful Pisgah National Forest and the North Fork River. Here you can experience what you came to the Blue Ridge Mountains for: crisp evenings, sitting around the campfire, excellent views, relaxing in nature, hiking to waterfalls and fishing, Don’t forget our favorite, just watching the water go by! All at an affordable price.

I loved this places my friends and I had a blessed at Tom's property He is a amazing host I couldn't bask for more very comfortable and cozy!!!! Much recommended

This place is really cool, very chill. the host is super nice and will tell you where all of the little hidden gems are. Nice clean bathhouse, 4 showers 2 bathrooms, laundry. Not to shabby.

Perfect!
We had such a great weekend with our dog in Cabin #5. The local hiking options are limitless, and the cabin/bathhouse provided the perfect mix of comfort and rustic camping vibes. Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll be back!

Warm welcome and very nice spot
What a nice venue, right by a fresh river with the flowing sound and all that just minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also a very welcoming host. Plus the hot shower and hookup needed.

Relax at Rainbow Run
What an amazing quaint spot with the best Hosts. Right next to a mountain rolling steam...teaming with Trout. Birds of all kinds all over and an Eagle. So relaxing. Nestled nicely up the mountain. Easy to get to all the sights. Will be back for sure.
