Minimum of 3 people are needed to run this work shop. In this work shop we focus on naturally ferment veggies, Canning, dehydrating, fruits or veggies, preserving meat(making jerky). This can take a few days so please ask what is available.

We are farmers and educators. We are happy to give tours on how we do things on the farm. The tour can include what ever aspect of farming you want to learn about and we will work with your interests.

We have two very good naturalists here on premise and will be happy to take you out in nature and give you an idea of the ecosystem here in southern NY. We can focus on Forging, Birding plant and tree observation or just hike on some local trails and see what we see.

We have a variety of meal options here on Ugly Apple Farms. veg, vegan, GF and our own meats are available. We can do an amazing private dinner at your sight or family style on the porch. All meals are grown and made from our farm products. Prices will with options and season. Contact us for the seasonal menu.

Breakfast will be served 7:30-8:30 on the porch or can be picked up any time on request. Veg, Vegan, GF and meat are all available . Breakfast included our own eggs(goose, chicken) our own Bacon or sausage, our own dairy(yogurt, kefir, smoothies, or any request) home made bread(can be gluten free upon request) home made tortillas, fresh fruit and vegies from the gardens. menu will vary ask and please let us know what you would like and we will make sure it is on the table in the morning. coffee, tea

Make cheese with us! make one of five cheese, kefirs, yogurts. come with half gallon of fresh goats milk per person.

Pick your own vegies berries or fruit. ask to see what is ripe before booking or just ask when you are here.

We will suit you up and take you in our hives to see bees do their thing. we have adult sizes and kids bee suits
